web site (re)design
After our consultation, you will get a quote for the custom web site (re)design. All requests made outside the scope of the original quote will result in additional fees. A $250 deposit is required to place your work in the queue.
General payment plan consists of the initial $250 deposit, then 50% of the balance before work starts. The remaining balance is due within 30 days of design approval or prior to the site launch, whichever comes first.
pre pay plans
Pre Pay Plans are available for web site updates, maintenance, coding and/or design work. Payment must be received before any work begins.
web site services and hosting
Invoices for hourly web site services are emailed the first Friday of each month. Hosting and domain name registration are invoiced annually. Failure to pay in a timely manner could result in a suspension of hosting and/or loss of domain name.
All payments are due within 15 days of the invoice unless prior arrangements have been made.
how to make payments
Invoices can be paid with checks, money orders or major credit cards via PayPal or Square in US funds only. PayPal or Square may require a nominal service charge.
web site (re)design payment plans
ASD understands that funds can be tight sometimes and all you need is a little flexibility. We will work with you to spread out the payments over several months. These plans are interest free, but do include a monthly administration and extension fee with each payment.
*Payment plans require the use of ASD’s hosting until the balance is paid in full.
late fees
Unless other arrangements are made before building your web site, the remaining balance is due within 30 days of design approval. All other invoices are due within 15 days of the invoice.
If you miss a scheduled or invoiced payment by more than 7 days, a 10% late fee is added to your payment. All work will stop until payment, including the late fee is paid.
returned checks
If your check is returned for insufficient funds, your payment plus an additional $25 returned check fee by cash or money order is due within 3 days.
